First incorporated in 1941, TAMKO Building Products has grown from a respected supplier of shingles and roofing accessories to a large-scale manufacturer of residential and commercial building products. TAMKO’s product line now includes window and door wraps, asphalt cements and coatings, glass mats, dry felts, processed asphalt, paper cores, polyester mats, and crushed limestone. Based in Joplin, Missouri, where the company was first founded, TAMKO now has manufacturing and warehouse facilities throughout the United States. A vertically integrated company, TAMKO owns and operating several raw materials plants in order to maintain greater control over the entire manufacturing process.
