    Superintendent

    We are seeking an experienced superintendent to join our team in the Northern Jersey/Long Island NY area.

     

     

    Superintendents must properly control and oversee the whole production progress:

    - Coordinate subcontractors to lead safe and efficient roof/siding system installations;

    - Make sure subcontractors are qualified to do the scope of work;

    - Visit job sites daily;

    - Conduct or participate in daily safety audits;

    - Train field staff in safety, work skills and efficiency;

    - Track labor hours and number of workers for prevailing wage jobs;

    - Provide ongoing feedback to Project Manager regarding job performance;

    - Make sure the site is clean at the end of every day;

    - Organize proper storage and protection covering for materials;

    - Resolve complains and grievances; assist with discipline when necessary;

    - Conduct annual performance reviews;

    - Ensure production and quality goals;

    - Maintain understanding of contract information for jobs;

    - Schedule materials, equipment and deliveries, paying special attention to using inventoried materials;

    - Monitor material usage, minimize waste, anticipate shortages and order materials as needed;

    - Monitor quality of installations;

    - Deliver excellent customer service;

    - Discuss any outstanding issues with PM and management;

    - Manage and coordinate job details between the field and office;

    - Ensure crews have information and instructions necessary to complete jobs

    - Submit reports and paperwork and otherwise coordinate communication between office and job sites; report major issues that need to be escalated to VP/President

    - Investigate accidents and thefts, and provide relevant documents, photos and assessments to the office;

    - Record and preserve all important communications with GC;

    - Deliver all documentation to the office in a timely manner

    - Assist PMs to review final paperwork to ensure change orders are reflected and invoiced properly

    - Participate in manufacturer final inspection;

    - Participate in regular review meetings with project managers;

    - Offer assistance and expertise to PM in all of their duties.

    - Perform roofer/ siding laborer duties if necessary.

    Project Consultant

    We are seeking a top sales performer to join our team in the growing, and vibrant Residential Division within our well-established organization. 

     

    Project Consultants, at Legacy Service need to deliver dynamic, consultative presentations to property owners to help them realize their property’s full potential, protect their investment, and increase their pride-in-ownership. As a Project Consultant for Legacy Service, you will deliver tremendous value to our potential, and existing clients by professionally advising them in terms of best-practice, as well as design-forward solutions to enhance their properties with exterior remodeling. You will actively close sales, provide excellent customer service, and will utilize the most cutting-edge tools in the industry. 

     

    As a Project Consultant, you will:

    - Possess excellent presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a professional, and confidentdemeanor

    - Carry a positive attitude, and a winning personality, excellent self-discipline, and a keen sense ofambition. You thrive in social settings.

    - Have a minimum of 3-5 years sales experience; Familiarity with exterior remodeling andconstruction (especially Siding, Windows, and Roofing) a huge plus

    - Run company-issued pre-qualified leads, and utilize experience, training, and creativity to build a relationship and accurately assess, and propose projects that transform our clients properties

    -Utilize cutting-edge hardware, and software to create proposals, close sales, and report prospect progress

    - Possess the capacity to succeed in a fast-paced competitive environment, and a thirst to thrive in a meritocracy

    - Work well in team environments, as well as independently

    -Ideally possess a BA/BS

    Marketing Associate

    Legacy Service is a leading installer of commercial and residential roofing, siding, and windows, and we are looking for Marketing Associates.

     

    The Marketing Associate is responsible for generating leads that turn into project estimates. The company will provide training and materials for success in converting in-person leads to estimates. Base pay will be based on experience and knowledge in the industry. The Marketer may also have to work some weekends as needed by the company for property-shows and other events.

     

    Salary:

    Base + Commission + Bonuses.

    On average $20-25/ hour with commissions. Possibility to make $1,000/week just being good.

    We will provide training and all the necessary materials and information to succeed.

    Monday-Thursday: 11 AM - 5 PM

    Friday: 11AM - 4 PM

    Saturday: OFF
