Reynobond composite panels consist of an extruded thermoplastic compound insulation core which is fusion bonded between two sheets of metal—either coil-coated aluminum, brushed aluminum, zinc, stainless steel, or copper. Suitable for a wide range of architectural needs, Reynobond is highly corrosion-resistant, rigid material that weighs 3.4 times less than steel and 1.6 times less than pure aluminum. Because Reynobond panels integrate easily with the building envelope, they create a seamless look that is ideal for curves and unique design accents. Reynobond composite panels are available in a wide range of Duragloss® colors, including Arconic’s new PrismFX™ shifting finish, which changes in different lighting conditions. They are designed to resist exposure to sun, extreme temperatures, humidity, and even salt water. Reynobond panels are also available with a fire-retardant mineral core.
