Home | HENRY BLUE SKIN | BLUESKIN
Henry Company’s Blueskin® single-ply modified bitumen roofing membrane is designed to be self-adhering on sloped roof surfaces as a secondary water barrier under shingles or tile and to protect against damage caused by ice damming. With a textured, skid-resistant polyethylene film surface for better traction during installation, Blueskin self-seals when penetrated by mechanical fasteners, protecting internal structures from lateral moisture migration. Henry Company’s flagship roofing membrane, Blueskin Roof Ice and Water Barrier RF200, features a split-release backing for fast application and meets both ASTM D1970 and ICC ESR-1930 standards. Blueskin PE200HT High Temperature is specially formulated to withstand temperatures up to 260ºF, and features a scratch-resistant surface that can be used under metal roof coverings. Blueskin RF200LT Low Temperature Roof Underlayment uses a compound designed for better performance in cold climates, and can be installed in temperatures as low as 14 °F.
