Dec-Tec membranes are fiberglass-reinforced PVC hybrid products that act like a roof, but create the finished surface of a floor. Protecting internal structures from the damaging effects of water and wind driven rain, Dec-Tec membranes can reduce or eliminate the need to repair and replace other building components over time. Available in many colors and textures, Dec-Tec membranes are slip-resistant and can also come with a reflective CoolStep coating, which reduces energy costs in the summer and can can be stepped on with bare feet even during high temperatures. Along with being antimicrobial and fire resistant, Dec-Tec membranes do not require repainting to maintain their appearance and functionality. Dec-Tec Membranes come with a 20 year limited warranty.
