Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) has for decades been a preferred membrane material for providing waterproofing protection and highly reflective to flat and low-slope roofs. Its heat-welded seams increase its resistance to chemicals, grease, fire, and punctures. Carlisle’s Sure-Flex™ PVC membranes are ENERGY STAR® qualified, contribute to LEED® credit requirements, and are Cool Roof Rating Council-certified and Title 24 compliant. Available in widths up to ten feet, Carlisle’s PVC roofing systems can also be reinforced with polyester or fiberglass scrim, increasing durability in high-wind regions.
