Wow! I am ABSOLUTELY thrilled and satisfied with this company! From the very beginning of communication to even after my roof was completed, they were always on top of communication and never made me feel pressed or less important than any of the job they may have had going on. The team finished up in one day and cleaned up after themselves as though they had never been there. Manager provided legitimate referrals and was professional with his presentation. The most surprising benefit about the entire thing was that his price was by far reasonable even though after his presentation I would have thought otherwise. From beginning to end this was a fantastic experience. Manager met with me, gave me a quote, educated me on the different types of roofing, and helped me decide what would be best. The work was scheduled, the permit pulled, and the work executed. All of this was done seamlessly! I have to be honest, there has not been a company I have dealt with in two decades as efficient and with such integrity as Legacy Service. The team of men that showed up at 6:40 am and left at 5 pm were extremely hard workers and finished my roof in one day. They smiled and greeted me in the morning and smiled and waved as they left in the evening. Great group of men. Considering the mess re-roofing produces they did an excellent job of cleaning up. From the first time we contacted Legacy Service , all the way throughout the total roof and gutter replacement, they were wonderful! Manager showed up on the appointment on time and provided a full, written estimate, right after he completed the roof inspection. They didn't ask for any money upfront, or how much money we received from the insurance company. Manager was available 24/7 and always answered our calls and e mails immediately. He kept us updated, via e mail, on the status of the project. Great work, very efficient and honest, and amazing customer service 100% satisfaction!

I contacted hundreds of roofing contractors with the only aim to get a fair price. Legacy was the third in my list but this price included all conditions and it was decisive when we finally call on them. No risks of further additional fees, and charges and professionalism made me so happy because I could just sit back when the work was in process and no need to control each step of the process. Alan, and his team did everything in time and cleaned the area around. Anyway I decided to write a review in a few month after completion so that I could understand if the work was done really perfectly. Yes - it is. After rain season I saw the results and can confidently declare the roof is installed properly. Would I turn to Legacy once more? Definitely!

My husband and I bought a house recently that needed to be renovated from head to toe. There aren't enough stars to rate this company. If you look up the word perfect in the dictionary, you should see a photo of Legacy Service. I have had many companies perform work in my property. Somehow, I am always disappointed at the end of the construction. However, I have no complaints about this company. The people who work there, including the technicians and office personnel, are the friendliest and most willing to make sure your job is exactly what you want. I am so completely satisfied with the end product and have only good things to say about this company. Very highly recommended.

Legacy Service is the Best roofing company in Hatboro and I am glad to recommend them. When we were ready to change our roof, we emailed probably six roofers, three replied with a quote. Legacy Service had the best offer, not only in terms of price but in terms of quality service which is important to us. They completed the work in two days.
